Will all Wilson Sons business units use the Coupa platform?

The platform change will be gradual and divided into stages. Therefore, if you are a supplier to the Company and serve more than one business unit, stay tuned to our communications and, in case of doubts, contact the Supplies team by the e-mail relacionamento.fornecedores@wilsonsons.com.br.

How can I find out more details about using the Coupa platform?

Refer to this manual for answers to the most common questions about registering for CSP, browsing the portal, recognizing purchase orders, and maintaining catalogs.

How can I make delivery notification of the goods?

In the "ASN" tab, you can manage the delivery notifications created through the "Orders" tab. For more details, refer to the CSP manual.

I am already a registered supplier on the COUPA Portal, how to proceed?

In this case, when receiving the Coupa link from Wilson Sons, just click on “join us” and automatically on its "Orders" tab, in the "Select the customer" field, the list of COUPA customers will appear. In our case, select client "Wilson Sons". In this section, you will be able to manage all orders that Wilson Sons sends to you.

How can I register my company on Coupa to participate in Wilson Sons' acquisition and transformational processes?

It is not necessary to be a registered supplier on the Coupa Portal to receive the link to participate in competitions in the tool. For new suppliers, the important thing is to fill out the pre-registration on our website to enter the list of suppliers able to participate in the quotation. If you are already a Wilson Sons supplier, you must register on the Coupa Supplier Portal in order to access several functionalities.

How can I login to access the platform?

It is only possible for the supplier to register on the Coupa Supplier Portal if invited by Wilson Sons. Therefore, it is necessary to request by the e-mail relacionamento.fornecedores@wilsonsons.com.br or for your buyer to send the registration link to gain access.

In my company we have two consultants who serve two Wilson Sons companies. How do we proceed for each of them to access the portal separately?

In the “ADMIN” tab of the Coupa Supplier Portal, you can manage and configure various access profiles, per company, activity and functionality.

Will the quotations continue to come via email or will they come directly in the platform?

We are in a transition period, so at the moment it will be done by both methods.

Who can I contact if I have questions about the Coupa platform and order issuances?

In case of doubts, contact the buyer who serves you in the Wilson Sons Supply team, and, in addition, you can also send your doubts to the e-mail relacionamento.fornecedores@wilsonsons.com.br.
